About Event
ā”Ā who are we ?
++ pivot is a 12-hour adaptive hackathon where every team is forced to rethink their solution.Ā
++ instead of revealing the entire challenge at the beginning, the challenge unfolds throughout the day.
++ every team starts with the same information, but every two hours a new element is introduced that changes how they should think about their solution.
++ the first 4 reveals are shared by every team, creating a common experience and ensuring a fair competition. the final reveal (the Pivot) is unique to each team. each team draws a sealed Pivot Card that presents a different real-world scenario they must adapt to before final presentations.
++ the event is designed to reward adaptability, thoughtful decision-making, and the ability to build under changing requirements.
