About Event
Are you competitive? Do you have a deep urge to understand the history of specific regions within the city of Toronto? Do you like to run around? Are you a riddle-enjoyer? Can you take an incredible 0.5x photo? Do you notice a million little things walking down the street? Are you a lover of fun facts? Has it been a really long time since you had the opportunity to... win something??
The GO OUTSIDE Games are for you.
HOW IT WORKS:
1 neighbourhood. 30 initial clues. 60 minutes on the clock.
The games begin.
Teams play to their strengths: some are slow and thoughtful, solving complex riddles and recalling information from "that one podcast that one time", while some rely on SPEED (sprinting around, racing to be the first to collect single-submission clues).
Some teams stick together because "they're here to have a good time", while some teams LITERALLY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT TEAMWORK AND ONLY CARE ABOUT WINNING SO THEY SPLIT UP TO BE MAXIMALLY EFFICIENT. Play how you wanna play. We don't judge 😌💅
With 10 minutes remaining, the leaderboard is HIDDEN -- It's anyone's game. Very. Mysterious.
Teams gather, suspense hangs in the air. Everyone must do a drumroll.
Everyone's a winner because of the friends we made along the way. 💕

Coming straight from work or class? We'll have a place where you can drop your bags.
This is a high-energy activity - bring a water bottle & running shoes.
We often go out for dinner together after the game is over!!
About the Hosts
We're UWaterloo grads and have hosted a number of competitive scavenger hunts / city exploration games to help people learn more about their cities. We just moved to Toronto and are excited to be learning about everything it has to offer with all of you. <3
