show & tell café - ep. 2
About Event
When last have you shared what you’re creating with other creatives? Now… when last have you created something outside of work?
Whether you’re seeking creative community, inspiration for your next project or simply “up to stuff” like creating new things/hosting events for the sheer joy of it.
✨ Inprogress (Deborah) & ttbake (Connie) are hosting a super casual show & tell café for you to:
meet other creatives in toronto
learn from each other & simply connect
share what you’re working on
NOTE: It will be a phone-free space for the duration of the event (10:30am - 1:15pm) — we’ll do a quick optional “phone park” moment when you arrive (you’ll still have it nearby, just not in your hand). no policing. just a shared agreement so the room stays chill and actually present.
after you check in, we’ll ask you to turn your phone off and slip it into a box provided at the door. we won’t take your phone or lock it away.
If you’d like to take notes or capture the memories, feel free to bring a notebook and a camera (ie, film, digital, disposable). We’ll have extra pens available to borrow. This is your chance to experience ideas and conversations the old-fashioned way — fully in the moment.
