Most students look at the grade, then move on. But what if your assessment feedback was actually one of your biggest career advantages?
Join Octopodi Technologies and Rubber Duck Innovations for an interactive workshop designed to help university students transform professor feedback into practical career skills. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, you'll learn how to identify patterns in your feedback, recognize your strengths, communicate your growth, and use your academic experiences to stand out in internship and job interviews.
Whether you're preparing for your first co-op, internship, or full-time role after graduation, this session will help you think about assessment in an entirely new way.
You'll learn how to:
Identify the career skills hidden in professor feedback
Recognize recurring strengths and areas for growth
Turn classroom experiences into compelling interview stories
Create a practical action plan to become internship and career ready

About The Hosts
Christianna Chow is the CEO and Co-Founder of Octopodi Technologies. A former college professor and Venture Coach, she has spent years working with students, educators, and early-stage startups. Having reviewed thousands of student assignments and conducted hundreds of customer discovery interviews, Christianna is passionate about helping students recognize the career skills they're already developing through assessment and learning.
Andy Chow is the Co-Founder and CIO of Octopodi Technologies and founder of Rubber Duck Innovations. He is a computer science professor and software engineer with more than a decade of industry experience building enterprise software. Drawing on his experience in both industry and higher education, Andy helps students bridge the gap between classroom learning and the skills employers value most.
